Products will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER on the order form and confirmed in the contract.

 

4.2. Delivery times are 5-7 business days within the country and 10-15 business days internationally. For custom-made products ordered from abroad, the delivery time is 15-20 business days.

 

4.3. Deliveries will be made through a courier company contracted by the SELLER. The SELLER is not responsible if the BUYER is not available at the address during delivery.

 

Digital Products

 

The delivery process for digital products is different. Immediately after your payment process is completed, the digital product you purchased will be delivered to you via email. Please ensure that you have entered your email address correctly and check your spam or junk mail folders to prevent missing the delivery.
