**ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT**
This contract aims to regulate the procedures and principles related to the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER from the www.umberlev.com website, along with defining the rights and obligations of the parties.
**ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT**

**ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS**
4.1. Products will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER on the order form and confirmed in the contract.
4.2. Delivery times are 5-7 business days within the country and 10-15 business days internationally. For custom-made products ordered from abroad, the delivery time is 15-20 business days.
4.3. Deliveries will be made through a courier company contracted by the SELLER. The SELLER is not responsible if the BUYER is not available at the address during delivery.

4.4. Digital Products
The delivery process for digital products is different. Immediately after your payment process is completed, the digital product you purchased will be delivered to you via email. Please ensure that you have entered your email address correctly and check your spam or junk mail folders to prevent missing the delivery.
**ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT**
5.1. The BUYER will make the payment through credit card, debit card, or other payment methods on the website during the purchase process.
5.2. No product will be shipped without confirmation of payment and order.
**ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION TERMS**
6.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the products without providing any reason and without incurring any penalties. Notification of withdrawal must be made in writing or through a permanent data carrier to the SELLER.
6.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, artworks, and digital content products due to their personalized nature and cannot be returned.
6.3. Returned products must be undamaged, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale. Return processes will be carried out after the product is received by the SELLER and its condition is verified.
6.4. Return shipping costs will be borne by the BUYER if the right of withdrawal is exercised.

**ARTICLE 7 – COSTS OF RETURN IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL**
7.1. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the BUYER will bear the shipping cost for the returned product. The SELLER will refund the price of the product within 14 days of its receipt.
**ARTICLE 8 – COMPETENT COURT AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION**
8.1. In the event of any disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the location of the BUYER or SELLER will have jurisdiction within the monetary limits determined by the legislation.
**ARTICLE 9 – TRANSFER AND AMENDMENT OF THE CONTRACT**
9.1. The SELLER may transfer the whole or part of the contract to a third party or amend the terms of the contract, with prior information and consent of the BUYER. Such changes will be announced on the www.umberlev.com website and notified to the BUYER via email.
9.2. If the BUYER does not accept these changes, they have the right to terminate the contract within 10 days from the date the changes take effect.
**ARTICLE 10 – PRIVACY**
10.1. The SELLER processes personal data obtained from the BUYER in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and shares this data with third parties only under legal obligations and with the explicit consent of the BUYER.
192. The BUYER consents to the processing, transfer, and storage of their personal data by the SELLER. The BUYER can learn about their rights over their personal data and details about its protection from the SELLER's privacy policy.
**ARTICLE 11 – EFFECTIVENESS**
11.1. This contract becomes effective upon its electronic approval by the BUYER and is deemed accepted by the parties.
11.2. The contract activates upon the BUYER's confirmation of the order and completion of the payment process. The SELLER will send a copy of the contract to the BUYER via email.

11.3The invalidity of any provision of this contract does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
